My room was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of dining options in the area. Even after dark, the area felt safe. The people in the hotel and the local neighborhood were very nice and helpful to me, even though I spoke none of the language!

Modern, comfortable and clean hotel. In some rooms, you may be disturbed by noise from the street, in some from the hotel elevator. Bed linen is more suitable for lovers of warmth, others may feel warm under them.

Nicely appointed, centrally located

I was very pleased with my stay at the Hotel Passage (HP). The hotel appears to be either recently renovated or is just new. My room was very modern looking, well maintained and fairly spacious. The bathroom fixtures were to notch. Housekeeping was daily and efficient. Internet worked fine. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The main restaurant was closed for several weeks when I stayed at the HP, and so I only sampled the breakfast. There were many choices and all were tasty. The HP is just outside the central core of Brno, but still very well located. There is a tram-stop a very short walk from the hotel (and the tram will take you anyplace in Brno). There are several markets, restaurants and cafes/pubs/bars within walking distance. For jogging there is a large city park about a block from the hotel. A small complaint is that the television had no English language channels and the television was not equipped for English subtitles.

Hotel facilities were nice and clean, however we were extremely disappointed in the room. Absolutely not in line with the paid price, loud as right next to the elevator, view only into other windows of inner yard (not even the yard was there just the reception roof). If you do not lockt the door it keeps opening on its own. Quite okay variety of food at breakfast, but only sweet toppings for yoghurt no oat or spalt flakes, no seeds just sweetened crunchy müsli mixes and dried fruits. Overall nice hotel but NOT worth the money.

The stay was good but I was missing few personal touches to make it great. First..bathroom in the room, love Manufaktura products but was missing lotion that would be nice. Breakfast was mediocre. In hotel with such great restaurant I was excpeting better choice of homemade sweets and also better quality ham not the cheapest one. Overall it was good but could be better.

Really disappointed with our stay at this hotel albeit the staff were lovely and we received an upgrade to our room. The Hotel advertised good amenities of restaurant and bar. Both of these were closed the entire duration of our stay!!! We had no notice of this and would not have picked this hotel had we known of these closures. Communal areas of hotel were kept clean and tidy but daily cleaning of hotel rooms did not happen!!! Providing fresh towels also seemed to be a challenge. This is not what we expected from a 4* hotel.

Sehr schickes, neues Hotel

Wundervolles, neues Hotel mit viel Platz und komfortablem Bett. Bademantel, Hausschuhe und Minibar sind vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist sensationell! Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel. Beim Service gibt’s nen Punkt Abzug, weil das Personal nicht so gut abgesprochen ist: Wir wurden beim Restaurant runter zur Rezeption geschickt, um das Frühstück zu bezahlen. Sinnvoller wäre es allerdings gewesen, das Frühstück einfach aufs Zimmer zu buchen & beim Checkout zu bezahlen. Letztendlich haben wir es dann wie beschrieben gemacht. Die Abstimmung des Prozesses wäre hier sinnvoll.
