“Great Surprise”
We stayed at the Diana Plaza Hotel for two nights with our 2 year old daughter. The room was just fine and everything was as expected. What was incredible is their room service. For $29 you get a two-course Dinner which was outstanding. Breakfast menu was just fine. Overall, we did not expect much at the price we paid, but were very much surprised how much we enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very helpful. Their Front Desk had only one person per shift but he/she managed to get us check-in, wake-up call, taxi to airport etc.

A very comfortable stay - a little out of the centre but the price reflected this - very convenient for the GABBA. We would certainly go back.

Overall room is ok for family with surrounding convenient outlet across the hotel. Be aware on the bathroom soap quality that not as you expected and no tooth brush or walking shoes in the room. Recommend to either bring your own or get from the convenient shop. Parking sometimes is full. Deposit box available in the room if needs.
“Tired, but still good”
Yes, it's looking a little tired, but its still comfortable and in a good position with a great pub a few doors away, and ditto a viet restaurant. We stay at this hotel every few months so we can use the Korean bathhouse. It's a bit tired too, but still enjoyable, and no frills..heaps of Korean ladies use this place as a workaday functional bathhouse....don't expect luxury here!
“Fine”
Arrived at Hotel Dianna to find out that the hot water had failed and they couldn't ring us as they don't have Expedia's details. Annoying. Hotel seems fine if it is at at good price.
“Minimalist experience”
The twin single room had only one chair, two cups and one teaspoon. I thik the room could have been a little bit better appointed. Bathroom was very good and almost as large as the room. Some additional crockery and cutlery woold have been appreciated.
“Diana Plaza Hotel”
Hotel was ok . We booked a queen size bed but found out that we had two singles pushed together .We had a bed hump in the middle which was annoying.Tea and Coffee suger ran out very quickly.
