Modern looking, plenty of furniture to sit, lie down, lots of shelves to keep your stuff organized, full kitchen to cook whatever you want. A few balconies with beautiful city view. The staff is awesome, very helpful and friendly! Walking distance to shopping / sightseeing / groceries etc. Safe, well lit neighborhood. Can't beat it, especially if you have a big family....

"This is not a luxury flat but it is a comfortable living space in a non tourist part of Belgrade within a 10-15 minute walk of the high priced pedestrian area that everyone seems so interested in. "The location of this property is excellent, close to the old town square and shopping. The host was nice and easy to communicate. However, the apartment was not very clean, the couch was full of stains and cigarette burns, one of the bedroom sheets was dirty, the floors were dirty. Definitely needs some TLC. "

"The apartment is in the centre of Stari grad. An easy access to nearby sights. It is a great spacious apartment on the top of the building with a small balcony. The owner was very quick in a communication, otherwise is a no contact check-in. We’ve missed only a couple of more slippers and coffee mugs."

"Wow...the apartment was absolutely lovely. So clean, had everything you need. Kitchette very well equipped, and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed too. Totally secure and more than safe. Though I've never felt safer than in Belgrade. Communication with the owner was excellent, can't thank them enough for a fantastic stay. The apartment reflects Belgrade. Relaxed, super friendly, clean. Superb location in the center of the city, everything local to the apartment. Breakfast was wonderful....

"When checking in with may family we encountered a significant hygiene lapse within the room, discovering an inappropriate item near the bed that compromised the overall cleanliness standards. Despite promptly notifying the apartment management and demanding another apartment, they advised that no alternative apartments were available and in recognition of the inconvenience, the management promised a refund as a resolution, so we had to book and pay for another hotel for that night. "All communications were prompt, polite, clear and helpful. The apartment is centrally located near Kalemagden Park. The tram stop, many bakeries, and supermarkets are a 5 mins walk. All Belgrade highlights are a 10-15 mins walk. The building is dated but the apartment is nice with a nice old times vibe. It is exactly as given in the photos. At our request, the owner arranged an early check-in for a nominal fee. The check-in and check-out was smooth with the keys kept in a safe next to the door....

"Otel konum olarak çok merkezi değil, istiklal caddesi gibi olan asıl yere yürümek 15-20 dk alıyor. Ama konumu da kötü değil. Ekonomik oda secmistik oda çok küçüktü, komodin bile yoktu telefonu koyacak, lavobada fön makinesi var ama.priz.olmadigi için şarj olmuyordu. Bina eski olduğu için hamam böceği çıkıyordu sürekli, banyodan 3 gece de 5 tane hamam böceği öldürdük,l. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi, çok yardımcı oldular. Oteli çok tavsiye etmem. "

"Ivan has a beautifull home which feels comfortable in every way. I felt very much at home and we definitely enjoyed the pool on the property. Ivan was awesome in every aspect . He made sure that nobady took advantage of us and with him we felt extremely safe in Belgrade. Wonderful experience and we can't wait to come back."
