Great place to stay in the waterfront development. We were given an early check in and a later checkout at no extra cost. The apartment was perfect. Slight downside is no left luggage available

Our first visit to Belgrade, and stayed at the waterfront area on recommendation from a local friend. The entire waterfront is a very new area overlooking the Sava river and it is an under construction area with plenty of projects going on simultaneously. The property we stayed in tho is very nice. We had an excellent view overlooking the river tho to be fair a few construction works inbetween is a damper. The apmt was roomy, single bedroom,with locked door, living room, kitchenette and bathroom. All necessary amenities and comforts were made available with generous portions of towels and sheets. Everything was clean and well maintained. On the 16th floor so view was good. A couple of very decent restaurants, pharmas, cafes in walking distance and of course the big huge Galerija mall is literally across the road. Regarding public transport we did not take any, since we drove, but the building provides very good and reliable fixed parking spaces so that was very conveninet and included in the room price. Even the elevators where 2 or 3 were working, they were spacious enough for 10 persons. On the negative side, very little except the elevators were all not working so busy times you need to wait a bit, entry into the appropriate building (there are 2) from the car park is a bit tricky for the uninitiated and we walked up the wrong building into the wrong apmt (since both buildings have same apmt nos. It is not very close to any historic sites or city center so you have to cab

We loved everything about the place, spacious one bedroom apartment, common living room and kitchen area. It has a balcony and an amazing view over the Sava river and the Kula tower. The amneties in the flat are new and Initially booked only two nights but then we prolonged the trip as we were impressed by how good the place looked. Safe building with non stop receiption, free undergorund parking, a very nice and cool mall nearby, plus shops, bars and restaurants were in walking distance. The owners were very nice and kept in touch with us and made sure we have all we need. Top notch place, will definitely go back

Parking puzzle

Great condo and great communication from the management company. Only one problem. The garage stalls are marked without any order or logic. We were assigned space number one, should have been a no brainer. Took our combined efforts with security to locate it in a hidden corner behind a divider wall.

New apartment, comfortable bed good parking .Easy to communicate with host and great instructions. Unfortunately there is a huge construction across the street which is very noisy staring at 7:30 am. It is also extremely dusty, couldn’t use the balcony . Other than that the apt is great, just as described.

Helt ok.

Fin nybyggd byggnad, lägenheten låg på 19 våningen. Fin utsikt men stort bygge precis utanför som jobbade även på natten (??) så lite oljud. Inte alls som ett hotell utan som att hyra en lägenhet. Fick bädda upp soffan själv till där barnen skulle sova, men när det saknades lakan var kommunikationen bra och trots att dom som jobbar gått hem för dagen kunde det lösas inom en timme. Helt ok, hade nog hoppats på mer för priset. Skum lukt på toaletten som även kändes av i lägenheten när vi först kom in.
