Best hotel in bali.
The Mulia is a great hotel for families and couples. The service is the best ever, the pool is fantastic, and the hotel's programs are varied and attentive. This is a hotel I would definitely return to again.

Wow. What an experience, this truely is a 6 star resort with everything you could ever imagine. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we walked out it was a phenomenal experience. The service from the butlers and the remainder of the staff was the best we’ve ever experienced. Nothing was too much. They made our honeymoon extremely memorable and we extended our stay because of this! What a memorable experience and we’ll be back

Very nice place. I stayed in the "suites" portion of the hotel which is a separate block. My ocean view "suite" was not actually a suite, but a large room. Nevretheless it was a very nice large room with enormous bathroom. Service was very attentive and "suites" portion has separate and quieter breakfast facilities than main hotel. The hotel annoyingly shuts the gym at 8pm and the only reason seems to be that they keep it staffed all the time it is open, rather than allowing room card access. This s a bit of a pain if you come from a western time zone and arrive late after a long flight.

Best place we stay on our honeymoon by a country mile. Highly recommend you stay at The Mulia which should not be mistaken with the Mulia Resort and Village other locations in the resort. You get the full range of services from the excellent Butler service to the beachfront view from your cabana to the excellent suites. Love, Love Love. We had a blast and my wife will want us to come every year. The Food was great but not all the restaurants are meeting the exacting standards the Mulia sets itself. But otherwise great

The size of the property made it easy to discover new parts of the hotel and gardens which are available to guests in suites or villas. My only negative comment would be the amount of fake flowers on display in various areas. This a beautiful hotel with wonderful service.

This has been a fantastic experience. I did not imagine to find such an excellent place in Bali. We took the whole family (13 of us) and spent beautiful time together for a whole week.

This place is heaven....AMAZING... the staff are angels... I absolutely loved this hotel. Booked the Suite and had our own butler. So many pools to choose from.... and the place was spotless.

The staff was so attending to every detail. Absolutely loved staying here. On the flip side Nusa Dua is a bit removed from the rest of Bali. Going to visit anything while pushing through bad traffic was not pleasant.

The Mulia is a Beautiful resort. Earl Ocean view suite was spectacular. Table 8 restaurant delicious . Recommend al a carte brekky as Cafe buffet busy and food only ok. Plenty of privacy in cabana’s around pool. Gorgeous landscaping everywhere you look there’s something beautiful to look at. Definitely worth a visit

we were unfortunately booked over the period of the rapture concert and the evening facilities were closed (sky bar) for the whole weekend for private partys and preparation. staff and facilities were amazing especially gym and pools but no sign of any guests..food was excellent in all restraunts but wine list was limited. the staff and service great .. we had a very healthy quiet time at the beautiful resort

One of the best 5* hotels in Bali
This is the second time we have stayed at The Mulia and we weren't disappointed at going back. 2 years ago we stayed in "The Mulia" which is the equivalent of a "Club" section of the Hotel, this time we were upgraded to a 1 bed Pool Villa which was even better. The Villas are spacious, well laid out with their own decent sized pool and outside seating area. Whilst some of them are a fair way from the beach and main amenities the Villas have a personal butler service and 24hr buggy service to wherever you want to go in the hotel. The Mulia is a large complex with 3 hotels each offering a different level but it never feels crowded. Excellent range of restaurants including the Villas own dining area, first class gym, two huge pool areas, nice spa, good sports facilities, sky bar nice overlooking pool and beach nice for pre dinner drink. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. The only downside, if we could find one, is that service in bars and restaurants is on the slow side so expect to wait 20 minutes for pretty much anything. However, it is a holiday resort so what's the hurry. Definitely amongst one of our favourite hotels anywhere.

Easy access to beach, private beach was amazing, the pool and the whole view was extraordinary. It was quite hard to access the cabana when I wanted to and there werent many staffs around the pool area so when i needed help it took some time to get the help i wanted. The rooms and facilities were amazing, I enjoyed the jacuzzi so much.

Pure class.
The mulia exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail is spot on. The grounds are kept immaculate. The staff are among the most polite and attentive I’ve come across. They even remember your name. The food is exceptional. The menu is extensive and will cater for most. Overall the best hotel I’ve stayed at. 2nd would be shangri la Dubai for comparison.

Honeymoon a The Mulia
We went to The Mulia (suites) for our honeymoon. The service was impeccable. All staff from front desk to security greeted us during our stay with a smile. They have tight security to ensure that exclusivity for the suites and villas guests are maintained in the various compound - which we enjoyed for the quietness. The meals we had in the resort e.g. the buffet at the Cafe and the ala carte buffet at the Villa and the Mulia consists of wide varieties and of good standard. Even the room service we ordered late at night was good. The Suite we were in was clean and had an amazing view of the sea/beach and the pool. We will definitely be back!

Truly a world class hotel. Amazing property.
We stayed at the Mulia suites. The view from our room was spectacular. Room was very comfortable and lovely. My husband and I were impressed with the well trained staffs. All of them were polite and eager to accommodate our requests. Special mention to our butler Ade who were very professional. The a la carte breakfast menu were extensive. We had Filet Mignon with Foie Gras and Vietnamese Clam Porridge etc. Very high quality breakfast we ever had. We can order as many items as we like with no restrictions. Food at Soleil are highly recommended. We dined at the restaurant twice and the server Adi remembered our favorite snacks when we returned. Overall, we are extremely pleased during our stay.
