“Love it!!”
This was our second stay at the Mercure Kuta Bali. We absolutely love the friendly staff, cleanliness of the hotel, the pool and of course the location. We will choose to stay here on many more occasions.
“Great location, clean & comfortable”
We are regular visitors to Bali, and specifically Kuta. Our stay at Mercure was very comfortable. We upgraded ($40US/night) for a seaview balcony room and it was worth it. We love being right in the middle of Kuta, in walking distance from shops, resturants and across the road from the beach. So Mercure was perfect. Thanks Mercure!
“Nice stay.”
A bit pricey as we got the deluxe room, but the distance to the pool was worth it. The view from our room balcony over the beach and the pool view were lovely, especially at sunset. Nice TV and comfy bed. Overall, worth it if you're happy to stay in Kuta, it was much nicer than some other hotels we visited. Would recommend it to others.
“Mercure Kuta”
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and great (there were four of us, three rooms), and it was quite quiet. It served a good breakfast which was Asian and Western in nature and it had a swimming pool with a view of the ocean. It is in a good location on Kuta Beach with a variety of food and shop vendors within easy walking distance
“Awesome Hotel - Will stay again”
Great location. Great service. Clean and able to relax by the pool or party down the road! Great for party goers wanting a bit of elegance, and dont mind a fun 5-10minute walk to the clubs!
“Great stay across the beach”
Although the Kuta Beach area is not the most pleasant to be in, but if you have to or want to experience it anyway then this hotel is a great stay for a mid budget. Room and service was excellent, the front desk people were always very friendly and super helpful - had a couple problems with my stolen Visa card, where they help me out. The only less positive may be that that the breakfast buffet or the restaurant in general is priced a bit on the high end, but you can find cheaper alternative right next door.
“Corporate comfort by the sea”
Great beds (large and very good quality sheets) and good location if you want to be in Kuta (the beach is accross the street) Rooms facing the Hard Rock hotel can be noisy when they have live music around there and swimming pool is nice but on the small side
“Best Swimming Pool view”
The hotel was nice to stay at but wouldnt recommend for young families. More of a couples hotel which was perfect for us. They were doing renovations at the time however kept sending notes to room and apologising for inconvenience. Staff were most kind and helpful. Location is great however on Sunday night our room was on the side of the Hard Rock and the bass in the music was pounding to early hours of the morning but this didnt happen every night. On the other side of the hotel there is a huge construction going on which seems to be 24/7 so noise on that side too!!! Its a busy place but still found around the pool very relaxing.
“Friendly hotel for family travel”
We arrived in the hotel at 2am on the Christmas morning. With three young kids, my wife and I were exhausted. The hotel manager is a nice guy. He greeted us and upgraded us to the upper level rooms since all standard rooms have been used. This gentleman really made difference for our vacation.
