“Excellence hotel with good value”

Everything excellence from the room facing pool abd beach (Oceanfront Ropom) close to all watersport activities at the back of the hotel.The service is very good /friendly staffs and good food.

Conrad Bali was fabulous! The only down side being its location which meant you were stuck at the hotel for breakfast/lunch as a taxi to Seminyak, although cheap, took over an hour due to traffic. That said, if you want a break in a hotel that caters for everything with the upmost level of service, cleanliness and comfort, this is perfect!

“Best Hotel Ever!”

This resort hotel was fantastic! The grounds are beautiful and everything was 5 star. Room was modern, comfortable and clean. The room had a walk-in closet, beach bag, slippers and batik robes, umbrellas, and pretty much everything you would ever need. Beds were very comfortable too. The view from our balcony was amazing! Cannot believe the price we paid for what we got. Very family-friendly hotel...a lot of families with small children. Hotel service was oustanding. Our concierge went above and beyond and arranged for many tours, spa visit, etc for great prices. Best concierge service I've ever experienced at any hotel! I want to come back to visit here! The pool went all the way around the hotel. There were traditional dances at night, romantic candlelight, private beach cabanas....I could go on and on. This was hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. Wouldn't hesitate to come back, or to recommend to friends. Bali is a beautiful place to visit!

Conrad Bali had a great staff that knows how to deal with people. Great food in the lounge. Nice artificial turf tennis courts.

“Great Hotel”

my husband & I spent 5 night here from the 7th March 2012. On arrival we were given an upgrade which was great - better view of the ocean. The hotel is 5 star & in a quiet area. Pools are amazing. The food at the hotel was great - only negative is that it is quite expensive. Only other negative is that you can't just wander out of the hotel & find lots of little restaurants etc - it is in a quiet spot. Having said this we went for r&r & this hotel is perfect for that. Also getting to Kuta was cheap & easy - metered taxi from the hotel cost about $9 each way.
