“Definitively would go back!!”

Perfect location in Nusa Dua. Pleanty of cheap transportation to all over the places. The breakfast is superb and the staff is lovely. Smile is an epidemic in the premisses.

“A welcome stay.”

We arrived late on Friday night (2300hrs). Staff were courteous and directed us to waiting area and gave us a refreshing drink. After we completed check in, another staff member then directed us to our room and gave us the low down of the hotel. We had breakfast included with our accomodation which was great. Catered for all needs. Pool was cleaned everyday and staff attended to grounds meticulously. Pool waiter staff always attentive and prompt. Security guards patrol area and are also courteous nd helpful. The only criticism would be that the place does need some building maintenance. Appart from that will stay there again.

“Nusa Dua Stay”

We stayed for 7 nights. The hotel and staff were excellent. I had a birthday during my stay and the management left a lovely cake with happy birthday written on it when we returned to our room. My husband assures me he had no hand in it. They must have noticed my DOB on the check in file. The buffet breakfast which was included in our room was really nice. It catered for every taste including vegetarians. The only complaint is the hardness of the pillows. I will take my own next time, but I would definately stay there again. We had the best pool of all the hotels along the beach where we were. Their prices were a bit high for drinks at the bar though and we went to happy hour next door most days. Nusa Dua is definately the place to stay for relaxation, and this hotel is worth recommending.

“Great stay @ Aston”

They were amazing and accommodating. I arrived with all my luggage at 12 but check in wasn't until 2. They made it work for me and allowed me an early check in so I can enjoy the rest of my day with my luggage in room. Thank you Aston I would stay again,

“Aston Resort, Benoa Bali”

Great hotel, friendly staff, excellent room, fantastic location. Pool is just gorgeous with a great restaurant for lunch and dinner at hand (only a couple of $'s more than eating outside the hotel). Pool in bar, Plenty of sunbeds, either facing the pool or the ocean which is 10 footsteps away. Would highly recommend this hotel and location is evenbetter than i thought after visiting Legian and Kuta again - so happy to be in Benoa. Did go to Nusa Dua which is more luxurious but so are the prices. Fabulous holiday - couldnt ask for more for your $$$'s

“Great relax at the Aston”

Really enjoyed our stay, room, beach, pool and surrounding area was excellent. Found some of the staff did not understand a lot of english but all were really polite and as helpful as they could be. They gave us an upgrade to a suite which was a nice touch and were really accommodating in a late check out for us. Also the staff were very helpful in organizing our activities outside the hotel.

“Aston Nusa Dua - May 2012”

We stayed at the Aston for 4 nights on arrival to Bali. Our stay was wonderful and any negative comments are just observations and by no way affected our stay. Check in was easy, although they hold rp 500,000 on your credit card and release it a week or two after you check-out. Breakfast was fantastic, a great selection and good quality ingredients, except the coffee was always warm, not hot but this is common in asia. The pool is lovely, with a basketball hopp and volley ball net, but there was not enough deck chairs ariund the pool but plenty on the beach for Aston guests or you could use the C Lounge settings under shelter between the pool and beach. Jetskiing cost rp180,000 for 20 mins from the water sports bure on the RHS looking at the beach and flying fish was rp 300,00 for 3 runs. We didn't use the spa in house, opting for across the road instead. There were at least 2 minimarts within 1 min walk from the hotel, a restaurant across the road, a sports bar next door and a restaurant called TREE and Laguna Garden Just up the road. The exchange rate at the hotel was good as well, although we need to use it. The room itself was big but could do with a makeover. The bathrooms are modern and marble, with full shower and seperate bath. Our room was quite dark, but looked out to the Oasis resort next door with a path running between that the resort staff used, so couldn't keep the privacy door to the glass door to the patio open. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

“A Relaxing Experience”

Excellent customer service at every level. Facilities were kept neat and tidy. Access to pool, beach and sun beds was very good. Staff unobtrusive but very responsive. Great location on the beach. A far distance from the major tourist and shopping areas of Bali but ideal if you want the peace and relative quiet. We would happily stay again.

Nice Hotel. Very friendly staff. Good location. Beautiful beach and heaps of water sports. Our garden view room was spacious. The bed was ok but could do with a new mattress.
