“Good value clean hotel for Bali”
I was quite happy with the hotel which was clean and everything in the room worked. Very nice inclusive breakfast which was nice to eat while sitting in the outside restaurant area. Facilities were good and the beachfront was nice and clean.Staff were always helpful if you needed anything. I would stay there again.
“A good all rounder”
2nd visit to this hotel and chose it for the good location. It is in a quiet area with good beach yet there is a shuttle to shopping centre ie Centro in KutaX3/day which is great and hourly service to Bali collection which is expensive. The pillows are a bit hard but corner bath great, also the Tv channel superb. Free wi -fi would be an advantage.. The breakfast is really good and so is pool menu but evening theme nights expensive and drinks. Along the street good value restaurants and some will drop off and pick up at no charge .Little stores also nearby for icecream and drinks. The water sports are great in this area. Use the hotel service as kiosk on beach on Lhs facing sea charged double for parasailing.Spa fantastic value if 40% off, great products used.
“Nice Hotel”
relaxing location away from Kuta 'hype' if you like a quiet time
“Aston Bali”
Definitely a good place to stay, only wish they got rid of all the geckos that were running around all over the place. Pool is good, the bar at pool could be kept open a bit longer than what its currently, night time would be even better with music a bit more louder. Travel desk didn't seem to keen on selling any package...a bit odd I thought so we arranged via the trusted Expedia. A good attraction would be free wifi or internet connection in the room instead of making it a paid service. FYI for people going to Aston Bali; we didn't know this till the day before we left but the hotel has a shuttle service to some shopping centers check with the reception for the timings and destination.
“Great experience”
Hotel was very attractive. The breakfast buffet offered more than we could eat. The staff were very attentive. They even arranged for a cake and card to be delivered to my sister-in-law's room for their anniversary at no extra charge. Only complaint is that the beach was not as scenic as had hoped.
“A Relaxing Experience”
Excellent customer service at every level. Facilities were kept neat and tidy. Access to pool, beach and sun beds was very good. Staff unobtrusive but very responsive. Great location on the beach. A far distance from the major tourist and shopping areas of Bali but ideal if you want the peace and relative quiet. We would happily stay again.
“Fantastic”
This hotel was a very luxurious experience. Everything was the best it could be. The breakfast provided was the nicest anywhere. The pool was fun and amazing. The beach was right there within easy access. I'd go again for sure.
“Good for families, NOT honeymoon”
I was really disappointed in this hotel for our honeymoon. It's a large hotel catered for large families, and is NOT a romantic setting. The building is from the 1970's and it shows. Poor quality bed linens, and a visibly stained mattress underneath. The breakfast and food at the hotel is low quality, with the exception of Giorgio Restaurant which was good. We had dinner at The Conrad down the street one night, and immediatly wished we had stayed there - much more modern and sleek, and an amazing suckling pig dinner!
“I will be there same time next year-fantasic”
This is tghe 2nd time I have stayed at the Aston Bali and again had a great experience,The hotel staff were the best I have come across the hotel is great and the location perfect. this is where I will be staying on all future visits to Bali
“Just ok to stay”
It is a beautiful resort (architecture), not the beach. The front desk staffs are not good nor friendly, but the other staffs are ok.
