“Central location 5mins Sky Tower 10mins Harbour. Great. Thoroughly recommend it.”

We had a suite which made the stay even better. The room was very clean and modern,as was the rest of the Hotel. Oblong swimming pool was good enough for a real swim. We didn't use the restaurant but it looked good. Location ideal for buses inc Airport bus,shops,bars,& restaurants.

The room was large and fully equipped. Lots of convenience stores around. The service was great. Very good hotel I recommend to people staying a few days in Auckland.

The hotel is located right in the heart of city with walking distance to all the locations, the rooms are big and plenty of room to keep your luggage. The staff was very helpful and upto stantard. Will certainly stay there in the future.

“Better than expected”

We hadnt heard many nice things about Auckland, and I am not a fan of big cities. However, we found the city very vibrant and friendly. My wife and I contained our travels to within the area of the harbour to Wellesley st., and the sky tower to Albert Park. There are obviously some alleys you wouldnt want to walk in at night, but we felt very safe otherwise. We were back in our room by 11 pm. As I said, I Hate cities, but found my time there very enjoyable and would return again. South Island hotels could learn alot from the quality of service and accomadation of this hotel.

“Great place for first night in Auckland”

We were extremely happy with our stay here. The staff were really friendly and helpful and allowed us to use our room well ahead of our official check-in time. The kitchen area was well appointed and we found it useful to have a washing machine and tumble drier after our epic journey.

really it is comfortable hotel, secured hotel. services 24 hours. excellent location 2 minutes to queen street the most famous street in new zealand. I advise all people travelling there to use the city life hotel. prices is acceptable.

“Fantastic base for Auckland”

We stayed here twice & both times were very enjoyable. The gym was small but never crowded as was the pool - both very clean. The rooms were great with full kitchen (4 hob rings) & oven as well as microwave & dishwasher. We stayed on the 19th & 21st floors but the suite on the 21st floor needed a little asthetic maintenance but this did not distract from our stay. City Life was only a few minutes walk from Albert Park which was great for relaxing & the Harbour area was only a few minutes walk which meant getting the ferries early in the morning wasn't a problem. We found bus transport satisfactory throughout the city and close to the hotel.

The Hotel is everything you would expect a 3.5 star hotel to be. Very convieniently located close walk to the CBD attractions. The free newspaper is a nice touch

The hotel offers good value for money and is conveniently located. Breakfast is reasonable, staff friendly and the rooms were clean
