3. See the Holy Grail at Valencia Cathedral
The Metropolitan Cathedral–Basilica of the Assumption of Our Lady of Valencia, more commonly known as the Valencia Cathedral, is famous as the home of a Holy Chalice rumoured to be the Holy Grail. Whether you believe it or not, this is still a stunning piece of architecure.
4. Stay informed at The City of Arts and Sciences
Home to five cultural and scientific centres, The City of Arts and Sciences is not too far from the city centre and is a great spot to for curious minds to visit. Located in a section of the old Turia riverbed, the city hosts an IMAX, the largest aquarium in Europe and plenty of museum exhibition space.
5. Stop by the La Lonja Silk Exchange
Dating back to the 15th-century, this beautiful building is worth a visit even without the history lesson. The Gothic building is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is located right in the heart of the city.
