My stay at One Farrer was fabulous in every way. I truly love the character of this independent hotel. My room was clean, beautiful, and spacious, equipped with every amenity I could possibly need. A highlight of my stay was having access to the Skyline Lounge. The staff there are exceptional—especially Mallik, who was wonderful. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, and I appreciated the convenience of grabbing a light lunch in the lounge after a morning outing. The evening happy hour (5:30–8:00 PM) was equally impressive, providing a light dinner with excellent vegetarian options at every meal. Finally, the pool facilities are amazing; I thoroughly enjoyed taking advantage of the hot tub and the cold plunge pool. I highly recommend this hotel!

A very fine accomodations which was perfect for us

Friendly staff. Loved the shuttle service to malls. Walking distance to grocery, convenient stores and Orchard Road.

Everything about it was amazing. The only thing I wish there was is a changing room for going into the pool area.

Convenient location, public transportation close by, for Carlon, it’s a bit outdated.

Absolutely gorgeous and unique. The location was fantastic as well. Rooms were quiet. Rooms were small with minimal storage for suitcases. The pool area very scenic but no space to sunbathe considering how large the hotel is. The pool was so cold but very nice to look at. The gym was the most disappointing because the mirrors along the back way give it the appearance that it is decent sized with plenty of equipment. That is not the case. Dumbbells only go to 22kg, pillows to 25kg. The 6am workout time was odd to navigate due to space limitations. We didn’t get the breakfast package, and I’m glad. Food was mediocre and very high priced for what you can find a few blocks away. We booked two rooms for 2 adults and 2 tweens. Glad we stayed there because of how unique it was but otherwise don’t need to next time in Singapore.

Wonderful Stay with Great Hospitality — Some Areas to Improve.We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sofitel Sentosa, and overall, it was a very enjoyable and memorable experience.A special shoutout to the all-day dining restaurant team serving breakfast and dinner — they were truly exceptional. The food quality, variety, and presentation were excellent, and the staff’s warmth and attentiveness made every meal delightful. In fact, we chose to dine in every day purely because of the experience they created. The property itself has a very calming and positive vibe. The ambience is serene, the surroundings are beautiful, and the staff across the hotel are courteous and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was seeing birds and peacocks freely roaming around — it added a unique charm to the overall experience. That said, there are a few areas where the property could improve: Cleanliness near reception area Upon arrival, the restrooms near the reception were not clean. While the staff responded promptly once informed, a more proactive approach to upkeep—especially in high-visibility areas—would significantly enhance the first impression. Swimming pool safety (especially for kids) The swimming pool is not particularly kid-friendly. It can feel unsafe for children without flotation support such as life jackets or inflatable tubes. Additionally, the lifeguard presence felt passive — there was limited proactive monitoring or intervention, which is an area that needs attn.
