Overall, everything was good during our stay. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, I do feel that the rooms could use an update. In particular, the bathroom faucets are in poor condition and look outdated, which really detracts from the overall appearance of the room.

Stayed for 3 nights B & B. Twin room clean, very comfortable, and quiet. Great breakfast.
Ate in the hotel restaurant on the first evening. Nice atmosphere. with good service, food and wine.
Fantastic steam and "signature" massage -thanks to Towia and Nonhaila. Definitely recommend.
Perfect location. Easy 5 minute walk to the Medina. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
Good comms prior to arrival from reception / concierge. Good service all around.
Rooftop bar and restaurant closed for refurbishment. Small pool but didnt use.
