Stayed at Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm El Sheikh for 7 nights in April 2026. Beautiful resort, but unfortunately the experience didn’t match the 5★ image. Service was inconsistent, staff often inattentive (especially around the pool and evening entertainment), and the food quality was disappointing. Basic touches were missing on arrival (no welcome drink, empty minibar, no robes/slippers), and we frequently had to chase for things like drinks, housekeeping, and even towels. There were some positives — customer relations were helpful, the resort itself is stunning, and a few staff (like Ahmed in the Market Hall) really stood out. The pools are great and cater to different vibes, and it was nice that they arranged a birthday cake for my child. Overall: looks like a 5★ resort, but feels more like a 4★ stay with 3★ service and food. Wouldn’t return.

Lovely 2 bed apartment with all facilities. Resort Staff are very friendly & helpful. Food variety was good, well prepared & cooked. We’ve been to Mauritius many times but first at Anahita, we would definitely recommend & return ourselves.

I had a wonderful vacation in the Resort, and my overall experience was excellent. The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and very well maintained, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy Mauritius. I would like to give a special thank you to the housekeeping supervisor for his outstanding service. Late at night, around 12:00 a.m., when some food was accidentally spilled on the deck, he personally came to assist. He brought a mop and cleaned the area himself with great care and professionalism. This level of dedication, especially at such a late hour, truly reflects the high standards and genuine hospitality of the resort staff. Moments like this made my stay even more special. I truly appreciate the kindness and responsiveness of the team, and I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable vacation in Mauritius.

The room was old. The staff was impolite in a few cases. We did not like the breakfast buffet at all.

Not only was the place, amazing and beautiful, and the food was great. It was the friendliest staff of any resort I’ve ever stayed in from the bellhop to the valet to the cleaning woman the best.
