It was the first time we stayed at this hotel. Great experience. Entire staff was so friendly and helpful. We are planning to visit Istanbul next year and we are definetely going back to Swisshotel.

Here’s a concise version:
Very disappointing experience. I booked and paid for a Corner Room, but the hotel never gave me the room I reserved. Instead, they kept saying they were giving me a “better room,” which I never asked for. The first room was dirty and smelled bad, and the second room they moved me to was even worse. I spoke with the manager, but he refused to honor my reservation or provide a refund. I expected much better service from a hotel like The Marmara Taksim. I would not stay here again.
