"Upon checking to my room I found out the tv was on and it was clearly some body was in the room because the bathroom had been used as well After contacting the front desk they gave me another room and they said it will be investigated "

There are two hotels in Istanbul named Renaissance, located on opposite sides of the city. Be careful — make sure they take you to the correct one so you don’t end up going for an unexpected ride. 🚕"

"This was my second time staying at Titanic City Taksim, and it was just as wonderful as my first visit. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my time there. The breakfast was also a highlight. There was a great variety of fresh options, and it was a perfect way to start each day. One thing that’s especially important to me is cleanliness, and the room absolutely met my expectations. Everything felt well maintained and spotless, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The location is another major plus. It’s within walking distance in both directions to so many fun things to do, from restaurants and shops to local attractions. I would highly recommend Titanic City Taksim and would happily stay there again."
