Perfect location to explore Nha Trang. The staff are all very professional and friendly. The room was spacious and has the perfect view over the beach, the hotel has a tunnel to the beach so that we don't have cross the busy road. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom, there were some visible stains on the floor, and water dripping from the bath. The house keeping team helped clean them up when we asked for a deep clean, and the reception team was willing to change the room for us if the bathroom could not be fix per our request.

We spent five nights at L’Alya Ninh Van Bay as a family of four, and it was an incredible experience. The setting and privacy define this place. The resort sits in a quiet bay framed by mountains and open water, with so few villas that you rarely feel other guests around. That sense of space and calm is what makes it feel truly luxurious. On arrival, my wife actually started crying because she was so moved by how beautiful it was. The villas and grounds are immaculately maintained. Everything worked, nothing felt overlooked, and housekeeping serviced the room twice daily. Service was warm, attentive, and responsive. Our butler, An, was outstanding and made the stay seamless. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and well executed. A mix of Western and Vietnamese options, good fruit, strong coffee, and made-to-order items. It set the tone for the day. Food overall was very strong. The grouper grilled in banana leaf was a highlight (order in advance—they source it fresh for you). We also appreciated the personal engagement from the restaurant management team. A private sunset cruise on the catamaran—with canapés, bubbly, and a waterslide for the kids—was unforgettable. A true luxury experience defined by setting, privacy, and thoughtful execution. We’re very glad we chose to come here.

Mia is a a luxurious resort with comfortable rooms and good amenities, however it is quite isolated - fine if you plan to stay there 100%, but inconvenient if you want to explore Nha Trang city. The buffet breakfast is adequate and of good quality, but lacking compared to its competition. The pools and private beach are excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful, but nowhere near as passionate or engaging as at other nearby competitors. Although Mia focuses on being eco-friendly, for a premiem priced resort their rooms are in need of some basic improvements like sealing all doors and windows to prevent insects getting inside. Mosquito nets are included around the beds, however that shouldn't be required for a 5-star resort. Sound-proofing of their (most expensive) 1-bedroom Cliff Villas should be prioritised, or at least adding a barrier|wall along the roadside opposite them, given how loud the trucks driving past are all night. Still a high quality resort and experience but needs a few improvements to stay competitive with other offerings in the area and Nha Trang.
