Comfortable stay for 3 nights at Somerset Grand Citra Jakarta service apartment (2-bedroom). The rooms are very spacious and clean. Familiar staff served us since arrival, check-in and during our stay. Breakfast is good. Other facilities are swimming pool, multi-purpose courts and gym. We were told that the units at high-level have been renovated. Location is very good, just next to a big shopping mall with Korean theme shops and Korean food at the basement.

The food was great and had a wide variety (Indonesian, Western, and Japanese). The staff worker, Chelsia, was a huge help and also made our dinning experience much better. She was very kind and patient as she explained the food options and helped with any concerns with the food. Chelsia was also willing to make accomodations with the chef especially since one of our family members had a serious nut allergy. Other staff were very helpful as well. In summary, our dinning experience was a 5/5.
