Comfortable bed, right around the corn

didn’t like the theme of the hotel. seemed like we were in a construction site with nails on walls and concrete for walls. rooms were extremely small. could barely move around. charged my $60 a night for parking. plus a $30 amenity fee which was steep. i wouldn’t recommend it for a stay with family.

Very beautiful property!

The staff were all great, especially the ones working the busy breakfast rush at the restaurant. The bed’s were comfy and room was clean. My dislikes are really just personal preference and style. It was a valet only option for parking, at $40 per night. This hotel was also dang near on top of the LA freeway so the road noise was very loud. For the price the rooms were quite small, especially the bathroom. My least favorite thing was the lightly frosted glass bathroom door so no privacy for whoever is using the bathroom. When I’m a mom staying with my teenage son, not the greatest! Also no secondary mirror in the main room so more than one person can get ready while the other is in the tiny, not private bathroom. It’s LA so again, it’s really just personal taste. It was a unique building and I’m sure many people that like city life will enjoy it, it’s just not for me.

We had a wonderful time staying at the LWH hotel!! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. It was great having the car service available! The hotel was beautiful & we loved our spacious room:). Thank you☺️

My only complaints are: There was what appeared to be some sort of vomit or maybe food on the rug in our room. The rugs/carpet in general could use a cleaning or replacing. The pool could be open a bit longer. It closes at sunset. They also need a blender to make blended drinks! The staff is amazing. They are polite, professional, friendly, and eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. From the concierge, valet, kitchen staff, and cleaning crew to the bartender and spa staff. They truly make your stay top notch. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The resort is very close to the ocean, though the photos are a bit misleading since they make it look like you just go out the door onto the beach. It’s about a mile walk to get there. The massage therapist was amazing. They bring everything to your room and tailor the massage to your preferences. The deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed. I would definitely stay again!

This place was clean and the self-checkin with Carl was awesome! Doors use a code for in&out and the A/C kicked ass!

Friendly and attentive staff, good breakfast, and comfortable beds. Great location to the airport and complimentary shuttle comes frequently.
