Basic but clean hotel with small rooms and friendly staff. Prices were fair and a good value. Convenient and very close to subway and major entertainment areas. Breakfast was also very convenient.

Dear Cross hotel staff, thank you for the wonderful stay ! The staff are very helpful and friendly , and the hotel is very convenient located next to the glico sign .
Breakfast also offers a wide variety and we love the section !
Room is clean and they even provided an excellent Dyson hairdryer too! We highly recommend this hotel !
Our boy lost an important item in the room , and we hope to find it . Can you please provide the email for lost and found ? The SMS cannot be sent to my Canadian phone number . Please help.

Location, Location, Location! Had a great stay at this hotel. Rooms are decent in size, great view, clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent! Friendly, helpful staff that were able to communicate in English. Highly recommend this hotel.
