Everything was very good but not as outstanding service from the front desk that I was expecting for the price.

Room was spacious and clean. It has all the latest tech including a tablet to use in room. Our room has two bath rooms, a living room, a dining room, two flat panel tvs, a washer/dryer, etc. Just too many benefits to list. Definitely a must stay hotel.

Without question, this is one of the finest hotels in the world. I had the privilege of staying in a corner suite, where floor-to-ceiling windows unveiled a breathtaking panoramic view of Lumpini Park and the glittering city skyline beyond. Watching the sunrise over the greenery and the city lights twinkle at night felt like a private performance staged just for me. The culinary experience was equally impressive—every meal was a delight, with impeccable service that made me feel both welcomed and indulged. The staff struck the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, ensuring that every detail of my stay was flawless. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. You’re just steps away from the vibrant nightlife, yet the hotel’s clever orientation means the rooms overlook the tranquil park rather than the bustling streets. The building is clean and well-maintained, so it feels very tidy. The food is also delicious. I would definitely stay here again when I come to Bangkok.
