Incredible 10 day stay at Kuramathi - with our 3 year old daughter! Highlights: We chose Kuramathi partly because of the kids club, which was even better than expected. It's much bigger than the website photos suggest, with two splash pads and a pool with slide, a garden, and lovely indoor play area. Our daughter loved it so much and kept requesting to go back. The staff are fun, caring and engaging. Huge thanks to Konnie, Rashma, Rachelle and Sara for making Wren feel so happy and secure. We were full board and ate at the buffet restaurants, rather than a la carte. The food was exceptional, better than any other buffet we have eaten at. The breakfast almond croissants deserve a special mention! The house reef is huge, wrapping three quarters of the island. While some parts have suffered slightly bleaching, there are numerous healthy varieties of coral. The fish life is incredible, and there is a huge population of black tip reef sharks. Access is easy from the beach or jetty - even our toddler could do it. Watching the black tips hunting fish from the jetty was such a highlight. Rasdhoo Dive Centre was excellent - we did a refresher dive on the reef, Wata was an excellent guide. We also did the Madivaru Dive, famous for white tip reef sharks, which was stunning. The excursions are excellent, well worth the money. We swam with manta rays on two separate snorkelling boat trips, which was an unforgettable experience.

Whether it was helping with arrangements or simply offering a warm smile, their service was outstanding. The food was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and full of flavour. Each meal felt like a treat, showcasing great quality and variety. Overall, Niva Dighali Resort exceeded all my expectations. The room is very clean, it has a balcony facing the beach. We like the set up of the room, bathroom has separate shower room and toilet and a bath tub in the middle, 2 separate sinks and in an open air. Lighting is very good. Breakfast has a lot of food options, delicious. Staffs are welcoming, attentive, friendly and courteous. The airport transfers is safe using big ferry boat. It was our first time in Maldives and staying within the Atoll was a good idea because it is close to the airport and an exclusive resort. Highly recommended.

Everybody was amazing, particularly Allath!

We spent 16 wonderful days at the Centara Ras Fushi Resort on Giraavaru. Here is our take on the different aspects of that stay: Giraavaru is in the immediate vicinity of Male in the North Male Atoll. On one side this is good, as it means a very short boat ride for transfer from/to the Airport. On the other side, it means lots of Boat traffic and extreme light pollution from Male and the Commercial/Container Harbour. The House Reef is beautiful, but it is only accessible for Scuba Divers or experienced Snorkelers as the current can be strong and pull you out in the commercial shipping lanes (snorkelers are “required” to wear a life jacket). Very nice resort with several restaurants and bars, as well as a nice offering of Spa, Fitness, Activities and Water Sports. The villas are spacious & nicely appointed and the beds very comfortable. We had a beach Villa with Jacuzzi (completely private and thus very nice for relaxing in your birthday suit after a long day of Scuba Diving) and a private patio with lounge chairs and beach umbrella. The “Over-Water Villas” have direct access to the water, but lack privacy for their Jacuzzis and also, they don’t have umbrellas. The resort is doing much be eco-friendly (solar electricity, coral planting/nursery, reef cleaning days, ...). The whole experience was above and beyond our expectations. Starting with the home reefs that is so rich in marine life, we felt we didn't need to go to another place for snorkeling. The bungalows were outstanding, and had everything we needed for spending our vacation days in great comfort. The whole staff is so friendly and extremely attentive to every small detail that felt like they were in our heads, anticipating any needs we had and being so friendly and helpful. This was the best experience we've had in all of our 20 countries visited so far.

Taj is exceptional. In every way. The staff, the service, the view, the food and the property are amazing. Will definitely come back to this property again.
