Great Staff, but Rooms were not clean. Blankets unwashed, smells coming from vents, and electric outlets making sparks. It was fine for the couple days we stayed but could be cleaner

Central location of all activities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has varieties of food, Vietnamese traditional and western choices. Rooftop bar was a super place to watch fireworks during holidays. In short, no regrets to stay there for our Hanoi visit trip. Thank you the whole hotel team. Keep up the excellent work.

I had an excellent time at this hotel! The staff was truly amazing, especially Chloe, and they were truly kind every step of the way. It was my first time solo traveling, and they made me feel so welcome in a new place. Highly recommend!
