I would like to point out the stay was not over all unpleasant .the rooms were clean ,the staff were very professional. how ever there was a few things that i believe would greatly improve. 1.point i would like to offer is the water trucks, are loud and unpleasant to look at near the main entry, a suggestion i offer is to move the trucks to side were the employees were parking and run a longer water hose and also a temporary barrier to shield view and reflect noise from the main entry. that just one of many things i seen in the short time i stayed. Overall, the room was nice (we stayed in a spa suite) and it was quiet, though we had lots of noise from the street from our bathroom and we could hear the noise from the pool as well. The food selection on site was expensive and not tasty at all- we had three different meals there and it was not good. We did have a facial at the spa and that was lovely. Overall, the pool and the beach were lovely, but I don’t think I would book here again

Very comfortable and relaxing stay, great atmosphere

It’s a perfect getaway for families and friends. Even though just one night but it is worth it. There are plenty of activities to enjoy here, especially if you make full use of the services they offer. I love how peaceful it is, it really helps you relax and unwind. The room was huge and the service is excellent.

Very comfortable and relaxing stay, great atmosphere

My family stayed July 19-22, 2025. It was a good stay, plenty of opportunities and activity options. It is an older resort in comparison to what we were originally shopping for. The room was slightly smaller for our family but the Service staff in the pool, restaurants, and transportation staff were excellent. Very professional, always provides the proper greetings and assistance as needed. Thank you so much.

I had a good stay until the last day of my trip when I had a package delivered and front desk staff were very off about the package information. Please do better, was so humiliated in the front desk asking for my package and the staff responded with ‘No package under your name came’ repeatedly with guests all around watching. All for my package to actually be stored somewhere else not in the front desk. But the room was nice and clean, quiet spot for a stay away from the chaotic city. But WiFi connection isn’t that strong so keep that in mind when staying here.

It was just ok. Nothing special. No air-conditioned in loby. So so hot. I would never stsy there again
