Breakfast buffet was great, a wider variety of food to select from. Room was generally clean and nice. Staff at the front desk were helpful in asking our questions. Definitely would love to stay here again!

Wish they had more parking for visitors

Nice clean hotel in a good location with easy access to the metro. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Very nice bathroom with bath and shower.The rooms are a good size for solo travellers however people with multiple suitcases may struggle for space. No wardrobe space provided in the room I stayed in. The room layout is the biggest negative as the sliding door can’t fully block the automatic motion sensor light in the corridor which is activated by people walking past the room outside. Also the air conditioning cannot be adjusted, therefore the room is quite warm.

Great location if you want to be insadong - right on top of the mall -shops and restaurants all around - Keep in mind, its quite a touristy area - which is a good and bad thing (good = a lot of things in English, bad = more expensive). Whilst it is close to train stations, it is a bit of a walk to the well connected ones. Hotel itself is good, but we found a few cleaning issues with our room (disgusting yellow grime all around the outside of the sink - looked like a year of buildup + some other minor things) - but it was all cleaned straight away once asked. Room was practical and easily accomodated 3 people in our 1 queen + 1 single room.

Walkable distance to transit and food. Very centrally located to mostly office workers so relatively quiet from the general tourists.

The hotel staff were excellent and friendly. The hotel has great amenities and is in a great location. A point for improvement is around the cleaning of the room. Some days our bins were emptied and other days not, cups were not always cleaned or replaced and water not restocked. Breakfast spread was great. As someone with allergens could benefit from an allergen menu, although staff tried to be the most accommodating. Our room was on the third floor and there was some noise in the mornings from the neighbouring building where there are reversing vehicles. All things considered, lovely hotel.

Concierge service was utmost in terms of getting a taxi and shuttle bus to major attractions. Food was absolutely delightful! I am definitely going back there.

Clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing. The breakfast buffet is a must try.
