Hotel staff was really good and amazing service. They look after us really well. Our flight was delayed and due to immigration we came out of airports around 03:30 AM but the hotel had made sure to arrange all our surf port transfer and late check in. And we were carrying 8 large bag. Everything at the hotel was great

Khageshor who helped with clean room.
The Grand New Delhi hotel to good and nicely located but we would suggest that the rooms in the hotel should have some more light and the shower area should either have shower curtain and/or glass enclosure.
