"Reception staff were awful at picking up the phone especially when calling from the room phone. We had to use our personal phone to call. The bed was nothing to talk about. Right side of the bed was broken and mattress was almost to the ground. We called severally so we can change room but no one picked up. We had to manage the night since it was just one night. Reception staff were not friendly or helpful at all. Very bad experience and will not recommend this place."
