Lower Manhattan Scuba Diving Holidays

Room is modern and spacious, nestled right above Times Square and minutes away from Rockefeller Plaza. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in midtown NY especially, but nearby subway access makes all of NY accessible given that it’s also feet away from the hotel.

Overall not bad. I was there 2 nights and had to get keycard updates in 3 occasions which was extremely frustrating.

Very nice staff, clean rooms good location. We had a room “garden” view and it was perfect on the upper floor quieter probably then front. We had a good stay.

Great location, the rooms are wedges between the backs of buildings so they have tiny windows with brick wall views. No rooftop terrace or nice restaurant on site. Gym is extremely basic. For a Sofitel, I expected more.

We loved our room and the two beds were separated in such a wy they felt like separate rooms. I like having a kitchen space even when i do not use it fully. It was very clean. I would stay here again.

Contrary to several previous experiences at very expensive NYC hotels that are disappointing in many ways, 33 Hotel was an absolute - and surprising - delight. Check-in was swift, the staff go out of their way to help with everything from luggage and loads of bags to helpful guidance about the best of the local restaurants. The room was unbelievably quiet and decently sized, the beds were perfectly comfortable, and the two-sinked well appointed bathroom was a bonus. We stayed 4 nights and are glad we did!

My stay at The Plaza was absolutely unforgettable and worth every penny!!! If you have the Plaza on your top choices, choose the Plaza, you won’t regret it. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was stunning, elegant, and beautifully maintained. The bedding was unbelievably comfortable, making it hard to get out of bed each morning. I also loved the bathtub, and the fact that the water gets wonderfully hot was a huge plus because that is exactly how I like it after a long day in the city. The spacious closets were another luxury touch that made the stay feel even more elevated. The 24/7 room service was delicious and so convenient, which made relaxing at the hotel even better. The location truly cannot be beaten. Being directly across from Central Park and steps away from some of the best high-end shopping in NYC made the experience even more special. The Plaza is truly a gem of New York City, and I cannot wait to come back!!!

I stayed for 2 nights - location is top. They just opened so probably going through some "teething issues". Overall nice hotel with impressive lobby and nice staff. Rooms are a bit small. Not sure that's included in the destination / resort fee. No bottle of water / cups (even plastic ones) or lotion in the room. Despite going for a superior room, it did not have a desk, which was a bit annoying,

Nice room, very reasonable price for the location and balcony. Balcony view wasn’t anything to brag about but still super nice having a balcony on a room less that $400.

Front desk was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Great location in the midst of Times Square. I shared a King "Deluxe" room with my mom. The room and bathroom are very small. Just enough space for the bed itself. Was also charged a "facilities/resort fee" for amenities like internet. I guess it's worth the price for Times Square, but anywhere else would not cut it.
