The hotel had all the charm of a corporate apartment, clean, but none of the feeling that you look for at a hotel in Puerto Rico. Fine for a night to get on a Cruise, but not for a stay in San Juan.
No hot water, materials peeling off the walls of the outdoor patio, unusable jacuzzi tub and elevator noise all night made it a bad stay.

It was a really great stay. We stayed with our 7 month old baby and it was really comfortable to travel through the resort. My in-laws also stayed with their 7 y/o son and he had a blast.

Our stay was amazing! Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was outstanding. The room was comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. 10/10 — I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
