Excellent Location, friendly staff and good standard room

Love this hotel! Beautiful, nice Brunello at the bar, linens are amazing and a lovely breakfast. The best part was super cold air conditioning and the location cannot be beat!

Hands down the best place we have stayed. They accommodated to go breakfasts for our tours, arranged taxis, made cappuccino when we were heading out the door. Wonderful experience

The location was extremely convenient to the areas we wanted to visit. The breakfast was decent and the staff very amenable. They moved us to a larger room with better a/c.

This hotel is ideally situated, just a short walk from all the main key attractions. We stayed in a classic room and found it more than suitable, it was exceptionally clean as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were very attentive, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic breakfast buffet by the way!!

Incredible off-season stay. The breakfast each morning was incredible. So much better than any other hotel I’ve stayed at. Fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was amazing. The Villa itself is a renovated Renaissance property and all around are little reminders of its glorious past. We were too early for the pool (starts in June) but I have a feeling that’s why we got such a great deal. The views from the decks are incredible and it’s close to Florence. The roads are windy and narrow, so be careful! But one of the roads down from the Villa revealed a spectacular view of Florence. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Would gladly return.
