It’s a great location. The only thing I wish they would consider is the trash cans are small but I don’t walk down a hallway with a bunch of trash outside of the doorways.

Our room has a syrup smell and the fire alarm woke us up at 4am with repeating "evacuate the building" For 10 mins. Otherwise it was great.

Room set up with tub and shower in suite

A very nice property, pool is quiet and the staff is excellent there, thank you to Jasmine for taking such good care of us❤️. We have stayed at this property several times and like that is not that typical Vegas hotel, much more upscale with a professional staff all around. Only negative was that we needed to leave a day earlier than booked due to a family issue at home and gave the hotel a notice 2 days prior to us leaving and they still would not give us a refund for the night we never used. I understand hotels have their policies but for a loyal customer traveling with a special needs daughter I would have hoped they could have made an exception under the circumstances but they chose not to. Still a great hotel if you want a quiet professional setting in Vegas.

The property was great. However EXPEDIA SERVICE WAS MEDIOCRE I WILL NEVER BOOK TROUGH YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. I BELIEVE THAT YOU TAKE ADVENTAGE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN YOUR WEBSITE CHANGES THE DATE SELECTED TO WATEVER IS MORE CONVINIENT TO YOU AND THEN CHARGE THEM CANCELATION FEES.

I like to stay here for business trips. Mostly it has been very good, but this time I got woken up by the police wanting to search my room for someone who made up a dopey story to them that they were staying there. Doesn't this property have security cameras that could have seen that I never had anyone go in/out of my room other than me the whole time I stayed there? Otherwise, I do like the rooms and location off the strip.
