Room with a kitchen and refrigerator! Loved the room and shower but there’s 2 coffee tables that’s not really needed. 1 small one would be sufficient as it takes up space. Good location near train stations and 7-11 right across the street. Lots of eating places too.

I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel and very much enjoyed my experience. The hotel is situated close by to different restaurants and shops. The staff are kind, and are ready to answer any and all questions you have.

Stayed at Keio Plaza Premier Grand which is supposed to be the higher level luxury part of the hotel. Room and furnishings outdated. There aren’t many hotels still using bar soap that is not sanitary. We asked for ice, which was brought up one time but another time the concierge complained that it was midnight that response was not compatible for a five star hotel. Midnight in Tokyo is daytime in New York City and you clearly have many international travellers staying at the hotel. The hotel premier grand lounge was crowded and full of people, both daytime and night time. Doesn’t feel like a high-end five star hotel for the price paid.

Beautiful rooms. Friendly staff. Quiet neighborhood in walking distance to many shops and stations.
