my parents had a good rest in the hotel. they love the comfy pillows (not too soft). only reason for the 4 stars, they said they hoped there was a bidet in the bathroom.
the staff are awesome (except for one i encountered), especially dianna, their shuttle bus driver. too bad, we weren’t able to catch her the following day ‘coz we had to go to the airport early.
will definitely book again if we ever are in the area. God bless!

Close to things which is handy but the noise and room was not that good this time which was such a disappointment compared to last time. Service at the restaurant was great but the food not so much

The hotel is in a very convenient spot especially if you want to be close to the downtown financial district, and there is an abundance of dining options and services nearby. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and the room maintenance and service is excellent. If there is one downside to the hotel is that the parking is very confusing and takes a bit of getting used to.

Staff were so nice- especially Anna! All staff were so accommodating and helped us with whatever we needed. Beautiful place to stay at.
Personally wouldn’t recommend over 3 or 4 nights in colder weather as it does get a little hard to figure out plans.

This was such a great location and all the staff was very welcoming, kind, and helpful! The construction on the street in front is an eyesore, but it had an easy & well marked area for pick up & drop off.
