Comfy beds, clean and having breakfast included was nice bonus

Booked an ocean view room. Got a room at the back overlooking a road. No allocated parking. No information when checking in about wifi password (it’s on the fridge which could have been relayed at check-in). Air con didn’t seem to cool the room. Steps from car park to lifts. No ramp for suitcases. No trolleys for assistance with multiple suitcases. No local information in the room. No phone to contact reception for queries.

We had a lovely unit in a great location. It had a basic kitchen (small cooktop, convection microwave, sink and dishwasher) and a laundry. The bathroom had a strange layout, with the bedroom cupboards opening into the bathroom (but it worked well). There was only one air-conditioner (in the living area) and no fan in the bedroom - we were there when it was quite cool so it worked well but it may be a little stuffy in hot weather. We loved our stay here - cafes and bars are nearby, and it's near the lagoon.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and comfortable. The pool is amazing, one of the best I've seen. Close to shops. Easy drive to Great Keppell Island Ferry Depot and Capricorn Caves.
