Our family of four enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The apartment style was well-equipped with all the amenities, including cooking supplies and a washing machine for a comfortable stay. The room and property was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Public transportation and shops are conveniently located near the property.

Mamba Station has so many food options. Can walk to Dotombori.

It’s a small room like a lot of other Japanese hotels but it has everything you need for a short stay. It’s clean and cozy. It’s close to transportation and shopping areas. Quiet and safe at night. I would recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nohga Hotel Kiyomizu and would return if we find ourselves in Kyoto again. The bakery/coffee shop in the lobby was a real highlight. We also enjoyed the rooftop restaurant, although the time limit was a bit annoying. Would have preferred to stay longer and enjoy more drinks. The hotel was conveniently located to walk to many attractions in Kyoto. Room and bed were comfortable and our room was very spacious.

Would highly recommend for families visiting Osaka.

The room was huge, brand new and beautiful with incredible amenities, but the service sets apart the Kamo from other hotels. The staff repeatedly went beyond expectations.

Overall, it's okay, considering the price. I think we deserved better quality for the pillows - the thickness is about 1CM, and the breakfast buffet was disappointing. In the hotel, most of the staff are professional and friendly, only the breakfast restaurant is quite frustrating. I'm not sure if the Raman was cold and only boiled for 3 seconds while you were waiting for the staff to cook it in front of you. However, it's diverse, but the taste and quality aren't so good.

Glad to have spent our anniversary at Hotel Monterey Kyoto. Facilities were great with the use of the baths for all guests. We wished that guests could still access the baths on the day of check out since staying there for numerous days. The cleaners were helpful and delivered new towels when we requested it.

This was a highlight of our trip! A truly luxurious experience - it was the best shower of my life and the indoor and outdoor baths were restorative after a week of travel and climbing Mount Inari earlier that day. Lovely interiors and a gorgeous mix of modern and traditional.

Room was huge and comfortable with all the facilities we wanted. Walking distance to Nisiki market, Pontocho street, food, restaurant and shopping, and train and bus stops.. Best of all receptionists and staff were excellent, made us feel at home and welcomed. Thank you for wonderful time in Kyoto.
