Excellent hotel, you can see Taj Mahal from the terrace. Walkable distance, very good breakfast.

So, I have been to this hotel before and never had any issues. This time was different . During my stay, I needed another room for work as I am from Canada and it’s day night difference. Husband wanted to sleep and I had my meetings scheduled. Went to reception and asked a gentleman if they have a room available. He said NO, I checked online and it was showing availability . I showed him that and still he said, It’s not in his system. I said, I will book online and would you be able to check me in? He completely denied. So, I had no choice but use the booked room for my appointment . It was around 11 pm! So, hopefully he will do better for others!

Exceptional hospitality, super clean, excellent food and breath taking views of the Taj Mahal! Will definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The food was amazing, and the room was clean, safe, and comfortable. The bathroom was also well-maintained and hygienic. One suggestion would be to offer a free shuttle service for added convenience. Overall, it was worth every penny and I’d definitely recommend it!

No hangers, no closet, no towels. I had to call Reception multiple times. The Receptionist apologized and said the hotel was newly open.

The best experience had so far. Room was exceptionally clean. Staffs were super friendly, well mannered and had solutions for all my request. I am definitely coming back again. Kudos to all staffs of the property.
