The swell villa was really beautiful, well equipped and clean. We relaxed there for 2 days after a lot of travelling around Indonesia. The restaurant is excellent and f&b generally very good indeed. The staff are clearly well knitted team and knew what they were doing. The setting for the restaurant is very pretty. They do need to do something with housekeeping. The turn down service did not do much. We did get the pool cleaned as on arrival it was cloudy. We asked for daily pool towels etc and cleared the old ones ourselves. Glasses were not cleaned. I would not be put off by this as the villa is exceptional but just be aware that you should ask for these things to be done

Our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. Beyond the beautiful setting with lush greenery, what I truly loved was the vision behind this project. You can feel that positive energy in every interaction. The heart of our experience wäre Nuril and Dodri. They took super care of us from the moment we arrived, making us feel completely at home. Our highlights were the lobster catching and cooking class with Catur as well as the massages from Sari were out of this world, we can only recommend the traditional massage. If you want a stay that combines luxury with a meaningful soul and a connection to the local culture, this is it. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!

great location and spacious rooms

Very nice hotel with a great view of the Senggigi beach. Room was nice and clean and staff were friendly.

It’s clean as described. Walking distance to other restaurants and clubs. Safe. Staff is friendly and quick to response.

**Great hotel in a fantastic location** We had a really enjoyable stay at Nero North. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, and the location is excellent. The rooms are a real highlight — spacious, modern and very clean, making them a great place to relax after a day out. There are a few areas that could be improved. The number of sun beds is limited, and the ones available aren’t particularly comfortable. Adding cushions would make a big difference. The beach area is also quite small, especially around breakfast time when it can feel busy. Service around breakfast could be a little quicker too. Plates aren’t always cleared away promptly, and ordering food and drinks can sometimes take a while. That said, these are relatively minor issues. **Overall, Nero North is a great hotel with lovely staff, a fantastic location and excellent rooms. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it — it’s well worth booking.**

Simply the best of the best! Modern, spacious, peaceful, and, most importantly, the staff are absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for a place where you can truly unwind, enjoy peaceful nights, and stargaze under beautiful skies, don’t look anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Overall an amazing beachfront hotel, has everything you would want or expect. Only downside was the road to get into and out of the hotel was not ideal especially for larger vehicles.
