The gym and pool are lovely - the hot tub leaves a lot to be desired. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was well appointed, the bed was comfortable, the shower was spacious, and the location is exceptional.

5-Star Service
Every staff member at The Loden is welcoming, informative, and went out of their way to please. We stayed in a room with two beds that was spacious and bright, with comfortable beds, a beautiful bathroom with separate shower and a giant tub, and daily "treats" and lemon water for turndown service. Lobby has complimentary coffee and tea, and the attached restaurant was excellent (although too dimly lit!).Location is excellent-just a 5-minute walk to the seawall, then additional 20-minute walk to Stanley Park, or additional 10-minute walk in the opposite direction to Canada Place. If we ever come back to Vancouver, we will definitely stay here again!
