"THERE ARE ZERO BALCONY BEDROOMS. Let that be the first thing you know, none of the rooms have balconies and for the tallest hotel in Lanzarote, is very bizarre since it offers sea views. The standard double room is standard in every sense. There are no USB charging cables and only one or two plug sockets. We paid to upgrade to a suite and that was worth it. "We went in October half term in 2 bed sea view rooms. Although the rooms are tired and fairly scruffy, ours was also quite dirty, the bedding was clean so where the main areas. The beds were very comfy except the pull out sofa bed which was partially broken. We all slept well, lots of breeze in the top floor sea view rooms so evening weren’t hot whilst sleeping as windows open perfectly, Facilities in room ok, pool area cosy and pool was heated so really good temperature even in hot weather....
