Food service was lacking. Understaffed and inattentive wait staff at breakfast.

We booked 2 Bourbon Street bi-level balcony suites, one for us and one for our friends traveling with us. Our room was great 5*, their room however was not, they rate 1* so combining for a rating of 3* total. Their couch smelled like urine-like whomever stayed previously wet their pants while sleeping or something. They immediately went to the front desk to complain. Front desk said they’d send up cleaning. By the end of that 1st day there was a random stained mattress placed in front of the couch, and no change in couch condition. The next day they complained again and asked to speak to the manager who assured it would be taken care of and offered a minuscule reimbursement towards food and drinks . The couch was converted into a bed that day, we assume made up with that stained mattress. They never asked for a bed, they wanted the couch cleaned or replaced so they could hang out on the main floor. It was never taken care of, and for spending a large sum of money for 3 nights, only receiving about 1/20th of that cost back off did not make it right either.
