Lovely hotel.. good food, beautiful big room, nice pool, views and spa. Loved the afternoon tea and happy hour. Only feedback would be the gym is too small and dated and felt like a bit of an afterthought. Also, the bedroom could have done with an iron or steamer. Regarding the shuttle bus.. manage expectations as it doesn’t run too often and is subject to availability. However, would definitely recommend this hotel for a very relaxing and peaceful break.

The property was lovely, however our room had a strong stench from the humidity in the building. Unfortunately, I got sick from the breakfast buffet; I had the salted salmon, scrambled eggs and rice with a salad and immediately vomited after. We ate off property for the remaining days we stayed. The resort is beautiful and picture worthy with lots of activities to stay entertained, however the room smell and buffet quality made me rethink the overall care and attention to detail.

Great place to take a break, very beautiful retreat from all the action. We rented a grand cottage room on expedia when we were directed to the room at first it wasnt as shown on the website i went back the front desk and explained that i wasnt happy of the room and they changed it right away . So make sure if you select Grand Cottage that you get the renovated room. From then everything was perfect ,the room was beautiful and very spacious and the resort very nicely kept and flowered wow!!! Our little private resort can’t ask for more. Breakfast is the best you can find ! We loved Okuma private resort !!!
