Mexican Riviera Pet-friendly Holidays

Let me start by saying I’ve stayed here a few times and always have loved it. The rooms are beautiful still the staff is very friendly until something comes up then you can feel tension. I’m not gonna go into full detail about everything but I’ll just say this. You need to understand if you’re staying here. You’re going to hear loud music played at the pool during the weekends very hard to relax in your room with thumping music. Second and the part that made this stay very difficult was the Wi-Fi would drop every 30 to 45 minutes. The TV in the bedroom wouldn’t play anything because it couldn’t get a signal and they tried to make up excuse after excuse saying the rain does that although it didn’t rain the whole time I was there and then I got an email from the owner saying that the Head staff told him it was my phone configuration. It ended up being something we talked about the entire stay, which is a shame because again the place is beautiful.

Bellview is absolutely excellent! Front desk - Emanuel is friendly, helpful and kind. The view is amazing from anywhere you stand. We had a patio to drink our coffee in the morning and sip our tequila in the evening. It was not crowded this time of year so we had the whole place to our selves. The pool has a view of the ocean and church towers. We received a free welcome juice. The Capella restaurant is beautiful and dinner was very good. Strolling violinists added to the dinner. Our room had free coffee and water. Mini fridge was stocked if desired. Add breakfast to your booking because it is complete with fruit, fresh juices, pan cakes, meat, eggs and coffee. It was amazing!!!! We feel in love with this small boutique hotel in city center near the church and malecón.

Our stay was pretty good. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained and the food was very good. Unfortunately we went during low season and it was quieter than we hoped for our kiddo to find a kid to play with and the Kids Club seemed very quiet. The pool is nice but not so kid friendly (like lots of places to socialize but not necessarily for kids fun with a slide or splash area). The room was very nice (well decorated, plenty of space, all the details accounted for) but the bed was pretty hard for our liking. One thing I loved about our stay, the resort collects olive ridley sea turtle nests to protect them from predators on the beach then releases them into the bay when they hatch, so I saw that one morning.
