enjoyed our stay, the strip view in our room was amazing. the kids totally loved it. we love how spacious and clean the whole unit was. we were attended promptly by staff. amazing service. we'll definitely come back

Our room was large and clean. Conveniently located. A CVS was attached to the casino and a mall very nearby. The restaurants were good. The check in process was quite slow. Some people ( not us) seemed to have problems and that seemed to slow the process down.

Hotel lobby was under construction messy entryway with unclear directions on where to go when you walk in as the check-in process was on a different floor. Parking was exorbitantly expensive as are the items in the mini bar in the room. I ordinarily want to two dollars or 12 to 15 or $20 which is just highway robbery. I've stayed at the W in other cities and had a much better experience.

Hotel is run down compared to the Conrad, also the $150 credit can be used in limited areas, I was given two different lists for where I can use it by two different people in the hotel, ended up not using it at all
