Hidden Gem

The location is convenient, being close to groceries, restaurants, and several tourist spots. However, the condition of the condominium was quite rough. One of the air-conditioning units wasn’t working, and the others were not cooling properly. The internet also didn’t work, and despite contacting the host, no one came to fix it. Additionally, one of the bathrooms seemed to have a leak whenever the shower was used. Communication with the host was difficult—I could only reach out through Expedia, and responses were very limited. The host was kind, but overall communication was challenging.

Location of the resort was good. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and beach. Room was clean and spacious. You had to leave a deposit $ if you wanted to use the gym which i thought was odd. Gym equipment was old and basic. Philippino staff were very friendly but not so much of the owner. There were several occasions where he never acknowledged us when we approached the reception or spoke to the staff . This didn’t make us feel valued for giving him our business.

Excellent customer service

The staff was amazing and very willing to help with any request including getting directions or even getting transportation when I needed. Very professional in every regard and I would easily have no issues staying here again in the future.
