The public restroom closed to the lobby was dirty and smelly,one of the toilets won’t flush.I told someone at the desk but nothing was done.

One of the new vest hotels I have ever stayed at. The amenities were fabulous, like cation is great. Staff was above and beyond, so friendly and helpful, phenomenal!! I would choose this hotel in Santiago and very time I visit.

"Bad rental. Prepare for undisclosed nuisance fees tacked on by absentee owner. Check-in by appointment, so you may be stranded if your flight is late. Unit is very rustic, with no wi-fi (reason there are no pictures). Location is OK, but def not ski-in/ski-out."
