Great, everything works. Only inconvenience to note if u book the same room under 2 different reservations, u need to reactivate your room cards for the next booking. We stayed over 3 nights. Booked 2 nights with breakfast & 1 without breakfast coz of an early flight. We had to reactivate the cards even though it’s for the same room, under the same name.

First impressions: a very good 4-star hotel! We had a great stay at Hompton by the Beach, Penang, and the theme song was such a lovely touch—it actually stayed in our heads even after we checked out! 😄🎶 There’s definitely some room for improvement, such as providing portable luggage storage and adding a little more décor and ambience to give the hotel a stronger holiday feel. The staff could also improve on customer service and friendliness to better match 4-star hotel standards. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again in the future! ❤️

All is very good except 1st morning on 11 Aug where buffet breakfast was chaotic with massive of guests. Tables unavailable and food not topped up fast enough. Love the local nutmeg juice served at the lobby daily, which we never will try if not for the hotel effort. Thank you.
