The construction that was going on throughout the day was extremely loud and disruptive while trying to rest on vacation. We were not notified when we booked that there would be construction on the floors. We were notified just before vacation, but not in detail of what we could expect. The restaurants on property has a very poor selection of food for non- seafood eaters. The staff were always friendly. The pool attendance did not adhere to the posted rules of removing "saved" chair every few hours. Some pool loungers in more choice locations were saved with towels, but never occupied for several hours, if ever over the 4 days we used the pool area. The rooms are a bit dated but large and comfortable.

Couldn’t be happier with the room quality size and cleanliness however amenities were a whole other story. The dining available in the hotel was great but we didn’t frequent the cafe after our first time as the staff were so rude and unfriendly. Furthermore we were told we could not order a drink and take it up to our room which seemed insane (we wanted mimosas in our room while getting ready for our wedding) no room service available despite the website mentioning it. Staff clarified and told us NO. with these things alone I would have chosen another hotel all together.

Beautiful property. For families traveling with a stroller they do have an accessible ramp to the right of the man entrance.
