Good location & nice environment. Would be great if coin laundry is available & room clean-up be more thoughtful, like not repeatedly giving us more & more toiletries that we did not use. Having said, overall speaking it’s still very good.

Japanese old luxury hotel with massive lobby and many shops and restaurants. Reserved delux twin with nice view of Osaka castle. Outdoor swimming pool is good size and the new gym was ok but Additional charge for hotel guests, some staffs were not friendly nor helpful. I was very disappointed the bathroom. Very small plastic unit bathtub with shower curtain.

The sheets and blanket are CRISPY. Not soft at all, very rough and stiff. Pool felt very unwelcoming and over all just stuffy vibe. Room views were great, overall everything was ok but not top of the list.
