Great location. Older run down unit. Staff was nice but unable to resolve our issue that we did not have a Roku remote for the streaming on TV; we managed without streaming after requesting assistance 2x. One window AC unit— in BR. Living room was never cool. Had to keep curtains drawn all day so as to not overheat the unit. Tired furnishings. Needs an update.

I normally don't leave reviews but this place was not as advertised in my experience. I had to switch rooms and on top of that, viewed a vast difference in assistance when in comparison to a non-minority race.

Room condition was dated (faucet and sink fixtures were rusted). Overall friendly staff. Great location close to shops and walking distance to the beach. Easily accessible by trolley to get to Ala Moana Center.
