Val de Bussy Kid friendly Holidays

Super 👍 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 too

Rooms don’t have charging stations in desk and very little outlets to charge. Most hotels have usb chargers on desk

Directly opposite RER station - 2 min walk then 1 stop to Disneyland station. Filtered water bottle filler at reception.

I liked this property and had stayed here a few times before. On previous occasions there were issues with cleanliness eg hairs in shower/stained towels but overlooked it. I like the water dispensers on every floor here and have never had any issues with the room other than the ones mentioned above. However on this stay, we came back to the hotel to collect our bags before heading back to the Eurostar as we always do and waited in the lobby. In the past the front desk has been very amenable as we’ve eaten our snacks and even offered us water. However this time the person on the bar came to us and told us we couldn’t eat our own snacks/drinks as it’s a bar and that we just had to sit there. But what was the most unusual thing is in the past this was never an issue and this hotel doesn’t have a formal lobby it’s a 2 in 1 lobby/bar so where are we meant to wait? This bar member had a real attitude and has put us off staying here again despite being really well positioned for Disney and local eateries.

My second visit back to the hotel Good location shopping at Val d’Europe and Disneyland Parks - just be mindful you do need to get a bus (about 20min ride) or a taxi to the parks - Expedia shows the distance as close enough to walk but this is not the route to the park entrances - (it looks like distance as the crow fly’s not access to entrance) The bus is a small fee and convenient On arrival I was told I had a free room upgrade - I recently tipped into Gold membership on Expedia so my guess this is how I got the upgrade! The room was huge, ground floor with balcony doors opening out to the pool area Very clean, luggage storage available, spacious room, lovely shower, comparable bed, TV in room My only same feedback I have for the luggage storage - it’s in a secured room which is great, but would still feel more comfortable being given a number tag to attach to the bag and show the reception team on collection rather than putting it in the secure cupboard without someone checking a tag to show it’s your bag Will always use this hotel again Thank you
